SARA P MINTZ offers design and interior decoration services in the Greater Boston Area and throughout New England.  She has a love and appreciation of many diverse styles, and is committed to creating  spaces  that communicate a deeply personal and individualized aesthetic and experience, a veneration for history, patina, and the beauty found in the aged and imperfect.  Sara believes that a handmade approach lends soul and meaning and she calls upon her love of handcraft and her DIY ethos when working on all her interiors.  Sara seamlessly blends vintage with modern, both Mid-century and Contempory, design and believes that balance is one of the most key guiding factors in creating a cohesive  yet dimensional and interesting space.  Spaces must be comfortable and functional while also remaining beautiful and that sentiment includes designing for all inhabits of the space, adults and children, humans and pets!  Sara prizes proactive organizaton, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering mindfullness of budgets of all sizes.  Above all, she believes the process should be as fun as the end result is beautiful, whether that be planning the finishing touches on an already well lived in home, or furnishing a new lifelong home from the ground up.
